Plany zawodowe ukraińskich studentów medycyny w czasie wojny a ich samoocena

Wojna w Ukrainie wpłynęła na proces edukacji przyszłych lekarzy. Studenci medycyny stanęli w obliczu bezprecedensowych wyzwań, takich jak zniszczenie infrastruktury medycznej, wzrost liczby rannych w wyniku działań wojennych, ograniczenia w szkoleniu praktycznym ze względu na nauczanie na odległość oraz wysoki poziom odczuwanego stresu. Wysoka samoocena i posiadanie przez studentów konkretnych planów zawodowych zdecydowanie odgrywają kluczową rolę w radzeniu sobie z wyzwaniami związanymi z trwającą wojną. Celem badań było zdiagnozowanie samooceny studentów medycyny w Ukrainie oraz scharakteryzowanie ich planów edukacyjnych i zawodowych. Analizy miały na celu wykazanie, w jaki sposób samoocena warunkuje te plany badanych. W badaniu wzięło udział 106 studentów medycyny z Tarnopolskiego Narodowego Uniwersytetu Medycznego. Zastosowano Skalę Samooceny Rosenberga i samodzielnie skonstruowany kwestionariusz do badania planów edukacyjno-zawodowych. Analiza wyników wykazała, że większość studentów ma przeciętny poziom samooceny oraz plany edukacyjne i zawodowe o różnym stopniu konkretności. Plany związane z emigracją nie są dominujące wśród badanych. Wykazano, że samoocena w pewnym stopniu warunkuje plany edukacyjne i zawodowe studentów. Osoby o wysokiej samoocenie wykazują się większą konkretnością i szczegółowością planów zawodowych. Wojna zdecydowanie odbiła się na planach edukacyjnych i zawodowych studentów. W tych trudnych czasach ważne jest, aby wspierać studentów i zapewniać im możliwość rozwoju i pomoc w planowaniu karier zawodowych.
