Agnieszka Dzięcioł-Pędich is a lecturer of English in Foreign Languages Teaching Unit at the University of Białystok. Her research interests include English for Specific Purposes, special educational needs, and intercultural competence. She is a member of Inclusive Practices and Special Educational Needs Special Interest Group (IP&SEN SIG), a part of IATEFL (the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language) which shares good practice and experience and disseminates information about inclusive teaching methods, materials and resources which help to identify and dismantle all barriers to inclusion.

Agnieszka Dudzik is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Foreign Languages at the Medical University of Bialystok, Poland. Her fields of interest include English for Specific Purposes, Communicative Language Teaching, and the nature of doctor-patient communication.
